Yellowfin Tuna Casserole
Tuna casserole is sure to please the whole family. Enjoy this warm, creamy and cheesy bake.
Ingredients:
- 1 can Van Camp’s Yellowfin Tuna, drained
 - 3 cups cooked macaroni
 - 1/4 cup heavy cream
 - 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
 - 1/2 cup peas
 - 1/2 cup carrots
 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, extra for topping
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
 - Fresh cracked black pepper
 - 1 cup crispy fried onions
 
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Combine cooked macaroni, tuna, heavy cream, broth, peas, carrots and cheese in baking dish.
 - Bake until bubbly, about 25 minutes.
 - Sprinkle with fried onions and extra cheese if desired. Bake for about 2 – 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
